Several dozen Division 2 RSA players continued an annual tradition last Sunday by coming together one last time for a round-robin soccer tournament. Hosted at Ridgewood High School Stadium Field and Stevens Field against a backdrop of mild December weather, the teams which are named for ferocious weather systems — Monsoon, Hurricanes, Cyclones, Tornadoes and Typhoons – played a series of friendly mini-games for 2011 bragging rights.
The co-ed program consists of players in 9th through 12th grade. Teams travel to neighboring towns in Bergen County.
Congratulations to all of our high school players, especially seniors who will be graduating this year. We hope you enjoyed your time playing in RSA!
