Ridgewood Soccer would not be the thriving program it is without the generous support of parents who volunteer to coach. Some soccer knowledge is helpful, but no experience is required. Your most important job as a coach is to encourage the kids and make sure they’re having fun. If they become better soccer players along the way, we love that too! Kids always feel proud when coached by their mom or dad.
All coaches are supported by RSA division coordinators and professional trainers. In fact, trainers run RSA’s after-school practices, so there’s no need for you to rush home from work or other activities. Volunteer coaches only need to be at games on weekends.
Signing up is easy! When you register your child with Community Pass, simply select your name in addition to your child’s name on the “Select Participants” page.
Want to make a difference in RSA?
Join the RSA Board! We’re always interested in making our program better. Being on the board does not require lots of time. We meet only once per month to set policy, create teams, arrange for training and manage the soccer fields. Please help us keep this wonderful program running for your children.
